I don't know my user name and password.

Your user name is the email address you joined with. A random alphanumeric code has been randomly assigned as a password. If you joined electronically you received an email with your password. If you joined over the phone or by mail, you will need to retrieve your password. You can do this by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. A message will be sent to you with your login and password, you can now login and change the password to something you will remember (see the next question for further assistance).

Ok, I've logged in, now how do I change my password?

Scroll your mouse over the "Members" tab in the horizontal navigation.
Select the " My Profile" button.
Select the tab "Basic Info"
At the bottom of the selection, you will see an option to "Edit this profile," shown in the picture below, Select this option.
Proceed to change your membership password.

I'm having trouble seeing the screen of the Web site.
