I can't find the "login" key to view my membership information?

     Below is a screen shot of the IDA Home page, with the "Login" key circled in neon green.

If you're screen does not look like this, and the horizontal navigation tiles are overlapping the "Login" key, you will need to change your browser or computer's text settings.

I don't know my user name and password?

Your user name is the email address you joined with.  If you joined electronically you received an email with your password.  If you joined over the phone or by mail, you will need to retrieve your password.  You can do this by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.  A message will be sent to you with your login and password, you can now login and change the password to something you will remember (see the next question for further assistance).

Ok, I've logged on, now how do I change my password?

1. Scroll your mouse over the "Members Only" tab in the horizontal navigation.
2. Select "Manage My Profile"
3. Select the tab "Membership Info"
4. At the bottom of the selection, you will see an option to "Edit this profile," shown in the picture below, Select this option.
5. Proceed to change your membership password.
