IDA is pleased to partner with the Astronomical League and Tucson host club, Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association to bring the 2010 ALCon to Tucson! We are also pleased to announce the addition of the IDA Annual General Meeting and Conference in conjunction with ALCon 2010.
Join us in astronomy's capitol (of the lower 48 states) as we explore the universe with talks by renowned astronomers Roger Angel and David Levy, incorporate useful tips and tricks for the amateur astronomer, and of course discuss the valuable night sky as we fight to protect it on a global level.
