Voyageurs National Park (U.S.)

Voyageurs National Park’s name commemorates the voyageurs—French-Canadian fur traders who were the first European settlers to frequently travel through the area. The park is notable for its outstanding water resources and now it’s dark skies! Voyageurs offers many ways to embrace the night including the spectacular Aurora Borealis, meteor showers, stargazing, and night sky programs.
